Perch Advisors developed the framework for funder engagement and facilitated working meetings to identify the priority investment areas for 6 funders in the region, resulting in the development of an RFP and inaugural round of grants to 3 organizations focusing on sector based training and job placement within Westchester and Putnam Counties.
