Project Summary:
Using the NextGen model, Perch Advisors is currently supporting the Delaware County Workforce Development Board (WDB), key healthcare and EMS employers, and education and workforce development providers to undercover and address the EMS industry’s most urgent employment needs, and surface collaborative solutions. Through monthly facilitation and hands-on working sessions, the collaborative seeks to solve recruitment and retention issues in the regional EMS field.
