Project Summary: 

For over forty years the Jamaica Center BID has the served the businesses and commercial district of downtown Jamaica. With over ten years of BID management experience, Perch Advisors supported the Jamaica Center BID's Board of Directors through a leadership transition with management of the BID's day-to-day operations that included contract compliance for vendors, communications, staff management, internal process/fiscal reviews, and not-for-profit compliance. Through a thoughtful organization review, Perch Advisors engaged with the Board of Directors on its recruitment, hiring, and on-boarding of a new Executive Director.
